Services

From the first analysis to running equipment

Physical AI and robotics are our core services. Analysis, consulting, implementation and research provide the basis for turning an idea into a running process.

Core service

Physical AI

Physical AI takes artificial intelligence out of the data centre and onto the shop floor: systems sense their environment, make decisions and act directly on parts and equipment.

When it pays off

  • Parts and positions vary, so fixed programs need frequent re-teaching.
  • Many variants and small batches make conventional automation uneconomic.
  • Inspection and handling tasks currently rely on the experience of individual people.

What we contribute

  • Assessing use cases

We examine where Physical AI outperforms conventional automation and assess benefit, data situation and risk.

  • Perception and control

We design AI-based machine vision and sensor fusion and integrate them with robots and equipment controls.

  • Simulation and digital twin

We test and train processes virtually before they reach the real equipment.

  • Operation and assurance

We consider requirements from machine safety and the EU AI Act early on and define monitoring for day-to-day operation.

Core service

Robotics

A robot alone does not solve a task. What matters is the right application, a well-considered cell concept and a clean ramp-up.

When it pays off

  • Monotonous or physically demanding work ties up skilled staff.
  • Quality or cycle time varies in manual processes.
  • An existing cell is to be transferred to further products or equipment.

What we contribute

  • Application and feasibility

We analyse task, cycle time and variants and clarify whether an industrial robot, collaborative robot or mobile robotics fits.

  • Cell concept and layout

We develop the concept with gripper, sensors and safety technology and check it in simulation.

  • Economic viability

We compare costs and benefits and provide the basis for your investment decision.

  • Commissioning and scaling

We support commissioning and ramp-up and transfer the solution to further equipment.
